William Mullins is a graduate student at the University of California Santa Barbara studying Environmental Data Science. His key areas of interest are in environmental modeling, forecasting, and web developement. Outside of academics, William enjoys gardening, traveling, and reading.

Projects

William has previously worked on forecasting the biomass of giant kelp in Santa Barbara
using machine learning methods as his capstone project in undergrad. He is currently working on creating an interactive web application for Dr. Naomi Taugue which will help to explain complicated environmental models
